Season of the Witch

Well, the season of the witch has come and passed and will officially end with tomorrow night's Full Moon. I have had a lovely season so far and even went out and about on Halloween itself in my witchy best.
However, the season of the witch reminds me that the rest of the hoilday season is yet to come. I'm trying to figure out what to do for Thanksgiving...should I brave the highways solo and go have dinner in So Cal with my parents, aunts & uncles or stick close to home and spend it with my kitty?
After all, if I go to So Cal, my Aunt Trudy will try to turn me into a young (or not so young) republican, drag me off to the Reagan museum and insist on trying to dress me like a politico! (it wasn't as bad as all that, but it was very, very interesting a few year ago).
Hmm, the furry face gets my vote!
